Oue natural world is under threat. Millions of species over the past few hundred years have become extinct. Endangered wildlife including tigers, and certain of the primates, are disappearing rapidly. The rate of that disappearance has increased dramatically over the last two decades with the destruction of rainforests and heavily timbered regions of our world. Lions in particular are dying, becoming extinct. This period of global warming was prophesied centuries ago.

“Where is the dwelling of the lions, and the feeding place of the young lions, where the lion, even the old lion, walked, and the lion’s whelp, and none made them afraid? The lion did tear in pieces enough for his whelps, and strangled for his lion-esses, and filled his holes with prey, and his dens with ravin…the sword shall devour the young lions: and I will cut off your prey from the earth, and the voice of your roar shall no more be heard” (Nahum 2.11-13).

Many Christians believe we are living at the end of the age, and yet they deny at the same time the reality of global warming — claiming in the face of apparent conclusive evidence the contrary. They state that such an idea as global warming is the baby of conspiratorial agencies fostering their deceptions on the world! If this indeed is the case, please take your scissors and cut out entire sections of the major and minor prophets, Matthew 24, Mark 13, and Luke 21 along with the entire Apocalypse, as global warming is included in the expectations of these heaven-sent Messages of God.
